Reclaim the skills. Restore the confidence. Revive the connection.

Heritage Hall is the learning center inside the Homesteaders Hub—a place for hands-on classes rooted in practical skills, traditional knowledge, and everyday capability.
From sourdough and preserving to soil health, herbal preparations, homesteading skills, and seasonal workshops, our classes are taught by people who know their craft and are excited to pass it on.
You don’t have to be an expert—or even call yourself a homesteader. Come curious. Leave knowing something you didn’t know before.
Hands-on learning — Classes designed to teach skills you can actually use at home.
Small class sizes — A welcoming setting where there’s room to ask questions and learn by doing.
Local knowledge — Learn from experienced growers, makers, teachers, and practitioners from our community.
Skills worth carrying forward — From food and garden skills to home, health, craft, and heritage traditions.
120 S Main Street, Mount Pleasant
We host classes weekly on Tuesday nights. For the most current workshops, dates, availability, and registration, visit our Facebook page.
We believe some of the best teachers are the people already doing the work. If you have practical knowledge, a heritage skill, or a craft you’d love to pass on, we’d love to hear from you.
We’ll reach out to learn more about you, your skills, and how we can bring your knowledge to our classroom.
